This Cookie Policy explains how the bi-jedi.com website (the “Site”) uses cookies and similar technologies (e.g. localStorage) in line with the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, and guidance from data protection authorities.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. The Site also uses browser localStorage to save preferences (e.g. language and cookie choices) without third-party profiling cookies by default.

  • Strictly necessary: language selection, cookie consent state, and other settings essential for the Site to work.
  • Non-essential (only with consent): Analytics or marketing tools will only load if you accept those categories in the banner or preference centre. The Site does not load third-party analytics or marketing scripts without consent.

The following third parties may be involved in providing the Site or related features:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud infrastructure for hosting the application. Privacy notice: https://aws.amazon.com/privacy/
  • FormSubmit (or an equivalent form relay service) — used only when you submit the “Contact support” form; your entries are forwarded to our support address via the provider. See the provider’s official privacy information.

We do not use social widgets or social login buttons on the public Site covered by this policy.

5. Managing your choices

You can accept all non-essential cookies, reject them, or customise categories from the banner on first visit and at any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Choices are stored in localStorage with policy version and timestamp (consent log available as JSON download from the preference centre).

6. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide a right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (including certain exchanges for consideration). BI Jedi does not sell your personal information for money.
You may still enable “Do not sell or share my personal information” in cookie preferences to record an opt-out where applicable.

We may update this Cookie Policy. The effective date at the top will be revised and, if needed, we will ask for your consent again via the banner.
